OtterBox is most known for its ultra-protective iPhone covers, but they also make some fantastic accessories. A line of chargers and power banks for MagSafe devices is among them. The most recent addition to the line outperforms Apple by providing features and capabilities that the iPhone maker should but does not.
The OtterBox Wireless Power Bank for MagSafe appears to be everything Apple’s version isn’t. For one thing, the accessory allows for two-sided charging. Not only can you use the device to power your MagSafe-compatible iPhone, but you can also use it to charge it with a wireless charger.

This MagSafe battery pack comes in two capacities: 5,000mAh and 3,000mAh, and it works with both MagSafe and Qi-compatible devices. It charges Qi gadgets at 5 watts, whereas MagSafe devices get 7.5 watts.
The charging status and battery life are indicated via LED power indicators. It’s compatible with any MagSafe iPhone, according to OtterBox. It also works with MagSafe cases from OtterBox, such as the Defender Series XT, Defender Series XT Pro, Symmetry Series+, Aneu Series, and Figura Series.
The item is available in black and will be available in white in the near future. The 3,000mAh power bank costs $49.95, while the 5,000mAh wireless charger costs $69.95. Apple’s MagSafe battery pack, which has a capacity of 1,460mAh, costs $99 as a reference. Apple’s MagSafe power pack is also unable to charge devices through USB-C.
